It shows the place you were in, the light, the landscape, the things your hands were doing, the way your dog looked up at you, the worn-in boots, the wind in the grass. All the little pieces that help tell the whole story, because years from now, those details may be just as meaningful as the portraits themselves.

The result is a collection of images that feels like you—not overly posed or overly perfect, but honest, intentional, and full of life.

I photograph with a cinematic, story-first approach—giving you direction when you need it, while leaving room for the unposed moments in between. The laughs, the movement, the quiet looks, the little details you probably don’t realize you’ll miss someday.

How It Works

Here you’ll add some basic info. Scroll down to List of Services and select one of the “Portrait Session” services that you wish to book. You can also select more than one! And don’t worry - you wont be charged! This just gives you an idea on cost for each service. After you hit submit, i’ll be in touch!
Once I receive your contact form, I will reach out within 48 hours to plan a call. The purpose of this call is just to get to know each other! We’ll discuss your vision, chat locations and lock in a date. This is also a great time to collectively view any inspo you might have!
After our call, you will be invited to book your session! You will receive an invoice with payment options. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to secure your booking. Once your deposit is received, your session is locked in.
Today’s the day! Please make sure to arrive 5 minutes early before your session starts.
Within 24 hours of your session, you will receive a few edited sneak peaks! These will be a few of my personal favorites from our session, but will also give you an idea on what the edited finals will look like.
Within 2 weeks of your session, you will receive an email with a link to your gallery. This will be the same gallery you would have access to review your sneak peaks. At this stage, I have done a first cull of your photos - fancy way to say I’ve gotten rid of the photos with eyes shut, funny faces, or images that didnt make the cut.
Important to note: these are RAW images which means they are not edited. There will be over 100 photos to choose from and you’ll be able to select your favorites. Once I receive your list of favorites, I begin the editing process.
Once your gallery is ready, you’ll receive another email with your final digital images. Here you will have the chance to make your downloads, and decide if you’d like to make any upgrades such as extra digitals or prints.

What to expect during your session:

After our zoom call, you’ll receive an email confirming date, time, and location of your shoot! I’ll also be sending some outfit inspo and any other tips that’ll help you on our shoot day.

From here, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

What is included in the session?

What is the cost?

Portrait sessions start at $400. Please check the services list for a full price breakdown.

When do I get my images and how will they be delivered?

Delivery for final galleries are 2 weeks. Your images will be delivered to you through a private online gallery. 3 Days after your session, you will receive your images to select your favorites. These images will not be edited. Once I receive your favorites, I’ll start the editing process on your gallery. There will be edited samples for you to get an idea on what your final images will look like before deciding on your favorites.

What should I bring to my session?

Bring anything that makes you comfortable. One thing I always love to tell my clients is “give me an action!” Sometimes, we can get awkward in front of the camera, but I find if we have a prop or a task, it allows some more natural movement. This can be an assortment of things: a picnic, coffee cups, a book, or anything you genuinely love to do. If you love to fish, let’s get you fishing!

What’s involved in your touch ups?

Outside of pet portraits, for humans, for any specific touch up requests, these must be discussed on our discovery call. I will generally edit out blemishes, fly away hairs (if it’s doable) and any other distractions in photos. My editing style is very forgiving for skin tones by smoothing out most inconsistencies. I believe in natural beauty and will not be making harsh edits to portraits.

What additional products are available?

In addition to the images included in your session, you have the option to purchase more digital files in sets or individuals. You will also have the option to purchase matted prints, canvas wall art, collections, and albums + keepsakes.
